Rewrite Core.Lint with Core.Trans

Description

Most of the core in Core.Lint is boilerplate. It'd be better to re-implement this with Core.Trans.

I've changed my mind about this. Core.Trans if fairly slow, and if we visit each node manually we also get a deepseq. If the core data type is too big we should improve the design.
