getWindowTick is missing in SOE

We're tracking the API defined by http://haskell.org/soe/software1.htm which in the latest release removed getWindowTick.

Do you think we should provide it anyway?

Closing, unless someone has a good argument why we should provide stuff that is not in the upstream SOE api. If you do have a good argument, please re-open this bug.
