Description

The following function: pango_parse_markup () isn't implemented. If anyone tells me how to do it, I'm willing to do it myself (never really touched the FFI before)

I've implemented this function now, which required some substantial refactoring in the Pango modules but nothing that is visible from the outside. I had to write a function that marshals the returned attributes to Haskell which was quite a bit of code. As a side-effect it is now also possible to get the current attributes of a Layout.
