libcroco-0.6-3.dll missing?

Description

The svg demos in the windows gtk2hs-0.9.13 fail with a dll linking error at runtime with the message: 

Svg2Png.exe - Unable To Locate Component
This application has failed to start because libcroco-0.6-3.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

I'm using ghc 6.8.3 on 64 bit windows. The result of the compilation (C:\Program Files (x86)\Gtk2Hs\demos\svg>ghc -v -v --make Svg2Png.hs > log 2>&1) is attached.

This looks very old, I don't think it's a problem anymore. Marking as invalid. If it's still an issue, please open a new bug.

This lib is friendly packaged already, simply unpack etc. The things already told elsewhere about gtk2hs installation on Windows (pkg-config-related tasks PKG_CONFIG_PATH variable etc.) apply. Load the pre-packaged library e. g. from http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/binaries/win32/libcroco/0.6/.

http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/binaries/win64/libcroco/0.6/ to be correct for our OS.
