1179,drag-and-drop with IconViews doesn't work with empty destination store,guest,somebody,"It seems that dragging and dropping something into a model backed by an empty store does not work: no new element is added to the store.  Using some printouts, it seems that the handlers in DragDestIface are not even being called.  Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

As long as the destination store has something in it when the drop happens, the new element will be added.
