1191	Reinstate the getWindowTick facility for Graphics.SOE.Gtk module	guest	duncan	"This patch reinstates the original timing facility described in The Haskell School of Expression; for some reason, the gtk2hs instantiation of the SOEGraphics module did not implement this feature, and as a result, all graphics animations end up devouring CPU time needlessly.  Paul Hudak has approved this patch in principle (though may not have looked at it in detail) and would certainly appreciate it being applied to the gtk2hs package.

Of course, this is released to the gtk2hs project with the same license as the soegtk module (LGPL).
