Missing gtksourceview2.h path

Description

During compilation the file, gtksourceview2.h, which is included in the cabal package was not found.

By doing a manual configure "cabal configure --extra-include-dirs=." in the root of the package the compilation succeeds.

I'm using cabal-install version 0.10.4, using version 1.14.0 of the Cabal library, on Arch Linux.

Same here, with ghc-7.4.1 cabal-install version 0.13.3 using version 1.14.0 of the Cabal library on Gentoo

I have the same problem with GHC 7.4.1 on Linux/x86_64 using the NixOS distribution.
