Link to "Browse code" on development page broken.

On [1] the link "browse the code online" is broken (points to [2]). It's a known bug, reported in [3]. I guess it could be modified so that it points to [4] (if you follow the suggestion given in [3], darcsweb says that the repo doesn't exist).
