Vi mode breaks compatibility with readline: ce, cE, etc.

Description

The commands

ce cE cb cB cj cl

all behave as if c was omitted.

Both cw and cW appear to work fine.

Unsure of haskeline version—whichever one is used in ghci in 6.12.1.
