Paste truncates after first character of Windows cmd.exe or cygwin

Tested with haskeline-0.6.1.5 installed from cabal on Haskell Platform 2009.2.0, Windows XP, x86.

Running the example from the System.Console.Haskeline docs, pasting "Hello" from notepad will only paste "H". Note that the shortcut to paste is Alt-Space e p rather than the usual Ctrl-V.

I noticed this because it affects GHCi 6.10.3. It's a minor issue for GHCi but I think it's a significant issue for haskeline.
