When trying to use cabal to update itself and grab new packages, I noticed that cabal kept putting the files it downloaded into ""c:\Program Files\Haskell"", which is not the default Haskell Platform install location. I think the issue may lie in the cabal config file, but I haven't uninstalled and checked this.
