Haskell Platform for OS X requires unnecessary restart

Description

The installer for the Haskell Platform on OS X is marked as requiring the user to log out. However, an examination of the contents of the installer doesn't give any reason why this would be so. Unless there's a good reason to require the user to log out in order to install the Haskell Platform, it shouldn't do that.
