Link to CABAL file from changelog page should point to the correct release

The current changelog page (http://hackage.haskell.org/platform/changelog.html) says it's for version 2010.2.0.0, but it links to the Cabal file for the (pre-)release of 2011.1.0.0. It would be less confusing if the link and the changelog referred to the same release.

I would suggest that link shouldn't link to the file that's in the Darcs repo, but rather to something like http://hackage.haskell.org/platform/2010.2.0.0/haskell-platform.cabal
