It would be less confusing if the link and the changelog referred to the same release.

I would suggest that link shouldn't link to the file that's in the Darcs repo, but rather to something like http://hackage.haskell.org/platform/2010.2.0.0/haskell-platform.cabal"	defect	closed	minor		Web site	fixed
