Bad link in email verification for trac

Description

I tried to create a trac account to follow the 'Report a bug' link here:

http://haskell.org/haskellwiki/Haskell_Platform

It sent me an email with this:

Verification URL: <http://trac.haskell.org/haskell-platform/verify_email?token=gNw6-FSO>

When visited it said 'your email has already been verified'. However 'New Ticket' still asked me to verify. I had to log out, log back in, go to the verification page and paste in the code for it to work.
