GHC that ships w/ Haskell Platform 2011.2.0.0 expects it to be there.
So a number of packages don't compile. e.g., network, pointfree, hoogle, because they can't find requisite headers or libraries.

Fix is to install Xcode 3.x.

Workaround is to create a symlink in /Developer/SDKs/ from MacOSX10.6.sdk to MacOSX10.5.sdk
