    1 Fixed in the 2009.2.1 isntaller. 
     1The Windows installer currently writes the absolute path to the "extralibs" directory to package.conf. It should use a path relative to the GHC installation directory instead to make the Haskell Platform directory relocatable.

     3In general, it would be also nice if cabal-install didn't write absolute paths to package.conf.
