Link to "Haskell Platform Users" is useless

On http://hackage.haskell.org/platform/ there is a link to http://haskell.org/haskellwiki/Haskell_Platform which just links back to the same page. I suggest we remove the link from http://hackage.haskell.org/platform/ until we have something useful to link to.

There used to be something there (see the history). We should think about if it's necessary and if so what belongs there. Who is it talking to?

I'm actually not 100% sure what "users" meant when I clicked the link. Perhaps it could be clarified somehow.
