Provide uninstall instructions for release candidates

Description

I believe that more people would be willing to try out release candidates if they knew how to get rid of them afterward. I assume most people already have a Haskell installation they don't want to override until the final release (and perhaps not even then). I suggest we provide simple uninstall instructions with release candidates.

Release candidates are for devs though, so I think we won't add special support for them.

General uninstallers are per-distro.
