PROPOSAL: Remove GLUT

Description

I would like to propose that we remove GLUT from the spec.

  • The standard package sets for ruby and python don't include a GLUT binding, as it makes the distribution harder to install.
  • #11 cites an install problem on windows as a result of the GLUT dependency.

(My 2c: I have to admit that I was a little surprised when GLUT and OpenGL originally landed in HP, but it is harder to remove things once they are added...)
