All keywords should be usable as XML tag/attribute names

Description

I've fixed so that some keywords can be used as attribute names, e.g. data, class, type. But there are obviously a lot of others, like if, then, else, module etc. All these should be allowed.

I've now enumerated all keywords as valid xml entity names.
