Description

DrIFT makes lhc more difficult to build and hpc reports more difficult to generate. We should remove it even if we have to write some boilerplate code.

This is now done - the compiler uses the derive package instead of DrIFT, since derive will let use use Template Haskell to derive instances of classes - this also simplifies the Setup.hs code.
