Description

Something is quite wrong with LHC's typeclass implementation, as seen in the bugs/Kleisli test case. See also http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.lang.haskell.jhc/206 .

Well, I've fixed this problem, now we just need to implement all of those instances.
