Implement the volume command as a library function

Description

The 'volume' command is currently deprecated and will be removed from the MPD protocol (already removed from git tree). Although 'volume' is available in MPD 0.13.0, it would be nice to implement relative volume changing as a wrapper around setVolume, rather than relying on it being available at the protocol level.
