vty does not restore terminal state (collapse window) on shutdown

Description

The expectation is that the terminal will be restored to the state at the time mkVty is called when shutdown (Or the program exits) is called. Instead the only change that is made to terminal state on shutdown is "setTerminalAttributes stdInput oattr Immediately"

This bug originates from a yi report made by Jeff Wheeler: http://code.google.com/p/yi-editor/issues/detail?id=182

He provided a link to some documentation that might be helpful: http://bash-hackers.org/wiki/doku.php/scripting/terminalcodes

smcup and rmcup appear to work! However the hard-coded terminal control strings seem to interfere with them functioning properly. I believe the latest in darcs (3.1.7) restores the terminal state properly. More testing is required.
