Description

The C preprocessor can be used (or maybe abused) to provide different configurations of the same program. I often build programs with a command like

ghc --make -DOPTION1 -DOPTION3 main.hs

Now if I try to rebuild with different CPP flags, ghc won't recompile anything, since no source file changed (however, they become different after the CPP pass).

Ticket #437 is loosely related.
