Description

Before I forget, this is a bug to remind us that we need to give infinite optimization fuel to most of the C-- transformations that the new code generator uses. Manifesting the stack pointer is, unfortunately, not optional. This is not so relevant now, but should be done before we start adding more C-- stage optimization passes.
